We have lived in our home for 8 years and still enjoy
it as much as the day we moved in! During construction

were professional and caring from the sale to the closing.
John and his staff were on site daily and saw to our specifications.
Most important was that after the closing Scott and Mark
were available for minor adjustments and were prompt in

Mechenbier
Construction built our home while we were living in Florida.
They had built several other homes in our old neighborhood,
and they were the only builder we trusted to do the job,
since we had been away from Albuquerque for two years.
We timed the construction and closing so that we could
move in the day we arrived back in town. During construction
we spoke with John and his helpful, professional staff,
weekly, sometimes daily. Digital photos enhanced our experience
from afar. We had no unexpected surprises, and a few pleasant
"extras". We are delighted with our new home!

It has been almost three years since Jeannie and I had
the pleasure of building our home here in Albuquerque
with Mechenbier Construction. We continue to enjoy our
home with the same enthusiasm that existed the day we
moved in, and constantly receive the highest compliments
about our home from guests and friends.
Having built three homes for ourselves over the years,
we can honestly say this was the best experience we've
ever had with a builder (and our other experiences were
both very satisfactory). The personal time you spent with

We
fell in love with one of the Mechenbier model homes, but
were looking for a somewhat different floor plan. We had
never "built" a home before and were surprised at how
innovative all of the Mechenbier team was. They were full
of great suggestions and readily made the changes we needed.
But it was the personalized attention from everyone that
really impressed us. We realized that they sincerely cared
about pleasing us in all the details. The quality and
craftsmanship in our home is evident everywhere, but we
know we wouldn't enjoy the home nearly so much if it were
not for the outstanding Mechenbier team.
